I’m currently on my laptop, hurtling down the M5 at 70mph writing this blog post on my laptop.

I have been in the car for just under 3 hours now, and we are halfway to Plymouth University, we had a fairly stressful morning thinking that we weren’t going to get everything into the car however Dad prevailed and managed to get the lot packed in, granted some of it is around our feet or on the chairs next to us.

Now, I am finally sat in my room after a productive day unpacking then exploring the city and the uni grounds. I’ve just had a really enjoyable chat with the only current flatmate so far. The room is beginning to feel more like home as I’ve got all my pictures and things pinned up on the noticeboard.

I’m trying to think of inventive ways to make the noticeboard in the kitchen a bit more jazzy, but I’m failing miserably. I’ve put ‘our noticeboard’ at the top but that’s about it so far, all the nasty TV licensing letters are pinned there for us all to laugh at, and I collected the post which contained quite a lot that seems to be for students that no longer live here.

I’ll probably get ready for bed soon, as I have a reasonable getup tomorrow to meet the parents for another explore around the hoe and harbour.
